What’s the Biggest Pop Song of the Summer?

Every summer, there is indubitably a handful of pop hits that truly stand out. Often, a single track takes top honors as the “song of the summer,” if you will.

Top Hits of the Past

In 2003, it was Crazy In Love by Beyoncé and Jay-Z. In 2007, it was Rhianna’s Umbrella – a song that’s surely stood the test of time. If you take it back to 1999, it was Christina Aguilera’s smash hit Genie in a Bottle.

There’s not a year we can remember that didn’t have some kind of major summer jam.

2012 had the infectious Call Me Maybe by Carly Rae Jepsen, which still gets stuck in our heads. And last year, 2018, had everyone doing the “In My Feelings Challenge” on YouTube thanks to Drake’s In My Feelings.

This Year’s Top Song

As far as 2019 goes, everyone knows that Old Town Road has been at the top of the chart all summer. But why should we let Billboard decide which bops are the biggest bangers of the season?

We want you to vote for your favorite. So, what’s it going to be?
